Weigh-in Wednesday | Week 3

Weigh-in Wednesday is today.  I'm late getting this posted because I didn't get started on working on things until far too late last night, and I just didn't get around to doing it and then this morning I didn't get up as early as I had planned because I went to bed late.  Anyhow, we're here now.  This morning I weighed in at 299.8.  Not what I had hoped for, but still under 300 for the first time, so that's nice.  I had a feeling last night as I went to bed that it wouldn't be as low as I had hoped, but as I continue to lose one or two pounds at a time, I feel better and better about what I'm doing here.  Sunday night wasn't the best, we didn't plan and prepare well and so we ate out a Wendy's.  But I think that overall, the week was boring but went along the way it should have.

Hopefully next week will be better, I need to take a look at the rules once again to make sure I'm not doing it wrong when I think I am doing it right.  Outside of that, I'm going to need to look at eating breakfast, because that will really help, along with cutting the dairy from the coffee, so just plain black coffee or americanos, and no more diet soda, since it still causes triggers with insulin responses in similar ways to sugar does.

I think of the listed steps, getting coffee to just plan black every day is the next step of cutting stuff that I shouldn't be eating, finishing all of the diet soda I have and calling it quit with those.
